Plain English, short as I can make it. By buying a course or using Around the Table, you're agreeing to what's below. Questions? steven@beyondjustleadership.com — I answer personally.

The training courses

• A course purchase is one-time. It's tied to your account and it's yours to keep — you get access for as long as the portal runs, and if it ever shuts down you'll get real notice and a way to keep your materials.
• The Foundation course includes the Aspiring Leader path. Deeper modules are separate add-ons, or come together in the full library bundle.
• Bundle modules marked "coming soon" are released as they ship. Founding members lock the founding rate on each.
• Your license is personal: use it for yourself and in leading your own team. Don't share your login, resell the content, or redistribute the materials. If you want to train a whole organization, that's the Company plan — talk to me, I'll make it easy.
• All sales are final. No fake guarantee, no fine-print maze — the founding price is low because you're in early, and if you get stuck, email me and I'll personally help you make it land.

Around the Table (the app)

• A monthly subscription, priced flat by team size. Founding members keep the founding rate for as long as their subscription stays active.
• Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you've paid for — no partial-month charges after that, no hoops, no phone calls.
• Your team's content (check-ins, notes, commitments, reviews) belongs to you and your team. You give us only the limited permission needed to store it and show it to the right people — see the Privacy Policy for the walls that protect it.
• Don't use the app to harass anyone, break the law, or attempt to access data that isn't yours. That gets an account closed.

Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record — your receipt and any sales tax handling come from them. Prices are in US dollars.

The honest disclaimers

The training is education, built from real experience and real research — it isn't legal, HR, or professional advice for any specific situation, and outcomes depend on what you do with it. The app is provided as-is; I work hard to keep it fast, private, and reliable, but no software is perfect. If something ever goes wrong, our total liability is capped at what you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

The intellectual property

The course content, PATC framework materials, and the product itself belong to Beyond Just Leadership. Frameworks from other authors (Sinek, Brown, Scott, and others) are credited to their creators and taught with attribution — their trademarks belong to them, and no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Changes and the law

If these terms change materially, account holders get an email before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, United States.
