I'm an executive leader with 10+ years of experience building and leading high-performing teams across PropTech and private equity. I grew up in Missouri, live in Mesa, Arizona with my wife and six kids, and believe the most important leadership happens at home before it ever shows up at work.

Before founding Beyond Just Leadership, I led operations and teams inside high-growth companies — scaling people at the same time as scaling the business, with all the mess that comes with it. I know firsthand what it costs to promote a great performer into management without giving them the tools to actually lead. I built this to fix it.

My leadership philosophy starts with a principle passed down from my father: it starts from within. The PATC framework is that principle, made into a practice.
